WHY: Select this unit if you want a durable portable basketball goal with a 4′ extension @ 10′ high designed for adult competition play, but mainly used for Church leagues and middle school level competition.
WHAT: Fury basketball equipment is engineered to be extremely easy to move. One person can transport the goal by flipping the lower pad forward and rolling into position. Return pad to upright position to lock base in place for play. The extension arm can be dropped without tools to allow the Fury to pass under doorways. The floor load on the wheels is 180 psi (rolling) and 140 psi (stationary).
The Fury portable basketball hoop is infinitely adjustable. Simply turn the adjustment crank handle behind the unit to lower the rim height anywhere from 10′ down to 6’6″.
The backboard to base extension is 48″ with the rim at the regular 10′ height. This allows the Fury to sit “off-court” on the baseline for extended player safety. The extension distance decreases as the rim height is lowered (44″ @9′ high, 40″ @ 8′ high and 35″ @ 7′ high). The base is 56″ deep.
Front base padding protects the player from contact with the base unit The padding is available in your choice of standard colors with optional lettering upon request. Optional TuffGuard bolt-on style protective backboard padding is also available for any size backboard in your choice of standard colors.
